Over the last fifteen years, Justice in Mexico at the University of San Diego has worked to promote bilateral cooperation between Mexico and the United States and to address serious challenges related to rule of law, corruption, and human rights in Mexico.

We are now at a critical juncture in U.S.-Mexico relations, a moment that is arguably unparalleled in recent memory, and there is a need to redouble our efforts in the years ahead.
