The Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate's (BMC) next installment of the Breakfast at the BMC Lecture Series will highlight The Changing Face of Retail. Brad Geier, co-managing partner of Merlone Geier Partners, will moderate a panel which will analyze today’s dynamic retail industry.
Panelists will include:
Ryan Perry, senior general manager, Westfield UTC;
Anjee Solanki, national retail director, Colliers International;
Stuart Tanz, president and CEO of Retail Opportunity Investments Corp. (ROIC);
Jim Young, co-founder and CEO of Realcomm Conference Group.
The Breakfast at the BMC Lecture Series was launched in 2007 to showcase extraordinary real estate leaders and address current issues that affect the real estate industry. Past speakers include philanthropist Ernest Rady, former MLB Commissioner Peter Ueberroth, JMI Realty’s John Kratzer and Janet Yellen, chair of the Federal Reserve. Real estate topics have included economic development impact on real estate, affordable housing issues and solutions and infrastructure needs to support real estate expansion.
