Albert (Al) P. Carey has been the Chief Executive Officer of North America at Pepsico, Inc. since March 30, 2016. Mr. Carey served as the Chief Executive Officer of North America Beverages Segment at Pepsico, Inc. from July 2015 to March 30, 2016. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Pepsico Americas Beverages at Pepsico, Inc. from September 14, 2011 to July 2015. He has 30 years of sales experience. He is a highly experienced, 25-year veteran of PepsiCo with nearly 20 years at FLNA. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Frito-Lay North America, Inc. from June 26, 2006 to February 1, 2011. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Frito-lay, Inc. since June 2006. He served as the President of PepsiCo Sales from February 2003 to June 2006 and served as its Chief Customer Officer. He served as the architect of PepsiCo's successful "Power of One" cross-divisional strategy, leveraging the combined strengths and capabilities of all its businesses under a unified approach to customers.
