Major international non-governmental organizations (INGOs) are adjusting to new global challenges. Lessons from these efforts provide important insights into what leadership at the very top is about. This workshop will examine how to lead organizational change in the new global paradigm.

The purpose of the Leadership Workshop Series is to provide additional leadership content and extra credit opportunities for undergraduate leadership minor students.
