The Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC) of San Diego will conduct its spring Commissioning Ceremony for Navy Ensigns and U.S. Marine Corps 2nd Lieutenants from the Class of 2016 beginning at 10 a.m. in the Jenny Craig Pavilion on the University of San Diego campus.
