Join Dr. Gray for a fun and relaxing afternoon at Balboa park, one of San Diego’s prime attractions with 12 museums, theaters, award-winning architecture and 16 gardens with plants from around the world.
We’ll start out with a tour of the park and surrounding neighborhoods (Hillcrest and Bankers Hill) and a picnic lunch in one of the beautiful gardens. Then we’ll visit the San Diego Natural History Museum where we’ll experience San Diego’s natural history and learn about water resource challenges and watch a movie on the museum’s giant-screen Dolby 3D theater. Following the Natural History museum, there will be an optional tour of the San Diego Historical Center. Finally, you’ll have and time to explore around Balboa Park on your own.
