Join us as Drs. Jackie and Kevin Freiberg share more on what it takes to lead a culture of innovation. The Freiberg's presented to a full house on November 13, 2012. In that 60-minute event, they barely scratched the surface.

In advance of the program (a separate email will be sent out to registrants), the Freibergs want to know your biggest challenges on what it takes to lead a culture of innovation. Based upon your input, they will further design the event by you and for you.

Woven through the session the Freibergs will introduce the eight strategies designed to help leaders create a culture of innovation and a team of “disruptors.”

Speaker Biographies
Kevin and Jackie Freiberg are widely acknowledged for their expertise in helping leaders build long-term, purposeful cultures of engagement and innovation. They have built careers out of understanding the core values and unconventional strategies used by world-class leaders and have worked with many of the world’s most admired companies.

Their book Nuts!: Southwest Airlines' Crazy Recipe for Business and Personal Success was hailed by the Financial Times as one of the top five global business books of the year. Their other books include Guts!: Companies that Blow the Doors off Business-as-Usual, Boom!: 7 Choices for Blowing the Doors Off Business-As-Usual and Nanovation: How a Little Car Can Teach the World to Think Big and Act Bold.

Kevin and Jackie have taught at both the University of San Diego and San Diego State University. They each hold a master’s degree in communication from San Diego State University and a doctorate in educational leadership from the University of San Diego.

The Freibergs live in San Diego where they sprint to keep up with three children: Taylor-Grace, Aubrey Hope, and Dylan, their best work yet and their reason for hope and cause for celebration.
