The University of San Diego will hold an open house at the Hoehn Family Print Study Room. This open house will offer members of the San Diego community an opportunity to learn about prints from our permanent collection, view our new print reference library, and visit the current exhibitions on display.

The Hoehn Family Print Study Room first opened its doors in 2009 as the home for the university’s print collection, which includes works by master printmakers Goya, Dürer, Callot, Rouault and Rembrandt. The collection strives to represent the history of printmaking from the fifteenth century to the present day. The Print Study Room acts as a reference and resource for students and the larger San Diego community.

On display in adjacent galleries are Goya’s Disasters of War: A Legacy in Print, and New Impressions: Recent Acquisitions for the University of San Diego Print Collection. The galleries will be open throughout the open house event.

Visitor parking is available free of charge. For additional questions about this event, please consult www.sandiego.edu/printroom or contact (619) 260-7516.
