Do you want to increase your awareness and decrease impulsive, anxious or moody behaviors? If so, please join us for the Life Skills in 60 Minutes Mindfulness I Workshop. No registration is needed. Learn how to stay in the present moment, with awareness, versus going through your day on autopilot. Mindfulness is helpful for a variety of concerns including stress, insomnia and difficulty concentrating.
