Leadership Conversation Project at SOLES is sponsoring Public Conversations’ signature workshop, The Power of Dialogue (POD). POD offers a deep exploration of Reflective Structured Dialogue, an intentional communication process marked by its unique capacity to reduce threat and foster mutual understanding across lines of deep difference. Through immersion in an intensive case simulation, participants will learn about the dynamics of polarization and conflict, and explore modes of communication that increase trust, re-humanize opponents and shift relationships. Facilitators are Meenakshi Chakraverti (Public Conversations West) and John Sarrouf (Public Conversations Project).

Cost: $375 until January 26; $450-700 (sliding scale) after January 26.

Registration ends February 16. Email Seth Karamage at skaramage@publicconversations.org for inquiries about registration after February 16.
