School of Leadership and Education Sciences
The Educational Leadership Development Academy in the School of Leadership and Education Sciences (SOLES) at the University of San Diego is pleased to announce the first Linked Learning Summer Institute to be held in SOLES from Aug. 1-4, 2011 in Mother Rosalie Hill Hall.
The institute will facilitate discussion and collaboration from principals, coaches and district leaders from the nine participating districts in the state of California, Antioch, Sacramento, Oakland, West Contra Costa, Porterville, Montebello, Pasadena, Los Angeles District 4, and Long Beach to collaborate, receive new information and clarify future directions for the project.
Professors and staff from SOLES as well as ConnectEd California and Stanford Redesign Institute leaders will assist in the presentations and discussions for the group.
SOLES Dean Dr. Paula Cordeiro will introduce the sessions and the work on Monday, Aug. 1 at noon and Gary Hochlander, president of ConnectEd: The California Center for College and Career, will keynote the opening session.
