Eva Olsson, a Holocaust survivor and author speaks on helping youth learn tolerance.

During WW II, she and her family were imprisoned in a ghetto and then shipped to Auschwitz. Of her extended family of 89 people, only she and her youngest sister survived the death camps.  Her book, “Unlocking the Doors: A Woman’s Struggle Against Intolerance” is a best seller in Canada.

In her presentation Olsson makes a historical connection between the Nazi bullies and today’s disenfranchised youth. She challenges each of us to teach children and youth to be tolerant and compassionate and take responsibility for their own behaviors.

Q&A Session with Eva Olsson follows address, as well as book sales, signing and reception.
