Using actor-training techniques she has developed for increasing empathy, Professor Terry Glaser of USD's Theatre Arts and Performance Studies Department will lead an interactive workshop to give participants tools to cultivate the essential skill of empathy in themselves and their students, increasing emotional intelligence and enabling conflict resolution, collaboration, and compassion.
