The course of this research is centered on three main issues that manifest very visibly in border regions: migration and immigration policy, trade and economic relations, and security measures. Panelist include Dr. David A. Shirk, Director of the Trans-Border Institute, Olivia Ruiz, TBI Senior Analyst for Migration and Immigration Policy, and Joan Anderson, Professor at Marist College.
