Join us for Mind the Gap: Capitalizing on Leadership Differences Across the Generations.
According to a report by PwC and Opinium Research, by 2020, millennials will make up more than 50 percent of the workforce, and will need to be managed differently than prior generations in order to thrive. Instead of feeling frustrated by their high expectations and non-traditional views on career paths, learn how one can best direct their unique energy and desire to make a mark in your organization and help them grow. Lori Lorenz '14 MSEL, vice president of marketing at American Specialty Health, and Noah Lomax '14 MSEL, global consumer social strategy manager at HP, will share insights on cross-generational leadership gained from their own experience as well as key tips on how to best grow this next generation of leaders.
Presentation followed by a wine and cheese networking mixer. We invite you to bring a guest who may be interested in the Master's of Executive Leadership and/or Master's of Global Leadership programs.
Register now. Parking details will be emailed a day before the event.
