Dr. Matthew McGarry, Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering, studies heat transfer enhancement via natural and forced convection. In addition he examines alternate energy systems.
He arrives at USD after working as an Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering at the College of New Jersey for two years. In addition to his prior academic experience, Dr. McGarry has had two engineering positions in industry.
