Mark Castellano is an experienced professional, with over 30 years experience in business development and management in electronic contract manufacturing, product development, real estate and mining. His business background includes an effective understanding and use of technology to develop and launch successful products for emerging organizations, including the development of adaptable business models and working with private investors on deal structuring, capital formation, structuring joint ventures, strategic alliances and distribution transactions.
Key accomplishments include: Mexican iron ore mining for Asian traders and steel producers; developed marketing and sales program for Arizona aircraft service/hanger facility; Baja California oceanfront land development for multi-story condominium project; US-Korean based custom gaming machine development and manufacturing project; Steam Turbine/Generator system project with Fuji Electric and Mexico’s national electric agency CFE, including project teaming agreement with former Mexican President, Lopez Portillo; and Patented Coin Tracker automated financial data collection systems and managed all business startup activities.
