The CRM Solutions team in ERP provides support for the main CRM systems deployed at USD such as Blackbaud Sphere, Banner Relationship Management, Advance Events, and iModules along with a variety of other small solutions for email and event management including Mail Chimp, Blue Hornet, Constant Contact, and Iris Registration. These systems are used by almost all units on campus and many off-campus constituents.
The team has the deep system knowledge and expertise to
- Provide Functional/Technical support for all supported products
- Work closely with users to gather requirements, understand issues, business process enhancements and design and develop solutions
- Oversee and coordinate upgrades of all supported products, ensuring proper testing and deployment of these fixes and enhancements.
We currently have a consolidation project underway to streamline the number of products in use at USD and ensure that any CRM solution deployed is integrated with the main ERP applications in order to bring greater efficiencies to the communication and marketing process.
