Monday through Friday enjoy a multi-course 'business lunch' prix fixe buffet in addition to our a la carte menu. The buffet, created by Chef Joseph Sands, is healthy, vibrant, vegetarian and vegan friendly! Free valet parking is available in front of the Hahn University Center for off-campus visitors (during lunch hours: Monday to Friday between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.)
Dinner in our Grand Dining Room is comprised of; tapas, innovative entrees, divine desserts, craft beers and fine wines. O'Toole's lounge offers a tapas lounge menu Monday through Friday. Food is served until 9 p.m.
Prime Rib Buffet Nights
Buffets are bi-monthly on Wednesdays from 5 - 9 p.m. $19.95 per person plus tax and gratuity. No a la carte dinner menu is available on Prime Rib Buffet nights.

>> No 'baseball' hats, flip-flop style shoes, shorts or exercise clothing
- Backpacks and oversized bags must be left in the cabinet outside the entrance
- Outside food and beverages are not allowed in La Gran Terraza
- There is a Corkage Fee of $10 per bottle
