Dr. Judy Rauner, founding director of the Center for Community Service-Learning, inspired students and faculty for over 17 years to engage in the community. After her retirement in 2002, she continued to support the development of service-learning throughout San Diego. In her honor, an annual scholarship will be given to an outstanding student from the Center for Community Service-Learning who is continuing her passion and commitment to social change and service.
