Poster Information
- Dimensions of Posters: Maximum size of poster should not exceed 46 inches x 46 inches to fit on a 4 foot x 8 foot poster board that is shared with another presenter.
- Mounting: Pushpins will be provided for affixing all poster materials to display boards. Mounting on foamcore is NOT recommended; if you have such a poster, you will need extra long pins (greater than 1 inch) to affix your poster. NOTE: You may prepare a tri-fold cardboard poster if you are specifically directed to do so by your advisor.
- Printing of Posters: Students may print one large poster at no charge at USD Instructional Media Services (IMS). See Printing at USD Instructional Media Services . The PowerPoint templates provided must be used for printing at IMS. After the Abstract Submission Form has been submitted, students will have access to the online printing sign-up form to schedule a time to print their posters. Time slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
