General Information
Online submission of abstracts: Students must submit an abstract, summary or creative statement using the online submission form. Submission of abstracts will be accepted from Feb. 1-22, 2010. The Abstract Submission deadline is Feb. 22, 2010. Late abstracts will not be accepted.
Registration on day of event: Deliver your poster to the University Center Forum and check-in at the registrartion table between 7:30 – 10 a.m. on Thursday, April 15 to begin your poster and display set up. At the registration table you will receive a name badge, conference book, tee-shirt, your assigned poster/display location, session time and other instructions. Posters and presentations must be set up by 10 a.m.

Lunch: A buffet lunch will be provided for participants and attendees from 12:15 - 2:15 p.m. Student presenters will be provided a box lunch.
Dress: Appropriate dress is business casual, but comfortable (i.e., no jeans, t-shirts, flip-flops). Coat and tie/business suit is optional. Comfortable shoes are recommended because you will be standing next to your poster for at least one hour.
Poster and Display Sessions: Students will be available at their poster or display during their assigned session time to discuss their research, internship or creative work with students and faculty. It is recommended that students prepare and practice a 3-5 minute summary about their project.
Assigned Session Times:
12:15-1:15 p.m.: Even-numbered posters and displays
1:15-2:15 p.m.: Odd-numbered posters and displays
You will be assigned a poster time at registration, but you are expected to stay for the entire conference. Please use your off-hour to view the work of your peers.
