Hansen Summer Institute

Over the course of three weeks, the Center for Peace and Commerce (CPC) was proud to provide the Social Entrepreneurial Program for the Hansen Summer Institute (HSI)for over twenty young global leaders. The Hansen Summer Institute on Leadership  and International Cooperation, now in its sixth year, was established to provide young leaders from around the world a unique opportunity to engage in a University-based leadership experience in international cooperation.

Highlights of SIC 2015 Award Ceremony

After grueling months of working in teams, one-on-one coaching sessions, pitching workshops and elimination rounds that winnowed the top 15 contenders from more than 100 applicants in the competition, the winners of USD’s Social Innovation Challenge were announced on Friday night, May 1, 2015.
