Charlie joined PETCO in March 2007 to lead Human Resources, Environmental Health and Safety, Sustainability, and Communications. He also serves as President of the PETCO Foundation, a non-profit entity that financially supports thousands of animal welfare organizations across the US annually to reduce euthanasia, rescue animals in crisis, rehabilitate behavioral issues with pets, and rejoice in the bond between animals and the people who love and need them.He earned a bachelor's degree in communication from Marquette University. Charlie, his wife Shauna, and 3 children; Gabe, 14, Grace, 8, and Bella, 4, are residents of Del Mar, CA.
