Special Needs Accommodations at Commencement
Graduates who have special accommodation needs, such as wheelchair or assisted access, unanticipated needs that arise during the week before commencement, or are hearing impaired and require seats in view of sign language interpreters, should contact the Jenny Craig Pavilion Ticket Office (619) 260-7550.
Guests who are hearing impaired may request special seating from a commencement usher. Disabled guests may request that a companion sit with them. Video screens are located on either side of the pavilion.

Parking for Disabled Guests
Vehicles displaying a DMV-issued disabled person parking placard or license plate will be directed by parking personnel to park in a reserved area on the third floor of the Missions Parking Structure. If a temporary disabled parking permit is needed, please contact the Office of Parent Relations by May 1 at (619) 260-4808 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that guests are not permitted to drop off or pick up passengers in front of the Jenny Craig Pavilion. USD Tram Services will transport disabled and elderly guests from the third floor entrance of the Missions Parking Structure.
