Greek Recruitment - Important Deadlines & Non-Compliance Information
In order to be eligible to receive a bid for a Greek Sorority, Part 1 of the MyStudentBody.com “Essentials” course must be completed by January 25, 2012.
In order to be eligible to receive a bid for a Greek Fraternity, Part 1 of the MyStudentBody.com “Essentials” course must be completed by February 21, 2012.
The entire course takes approximately 1 to 1.5 hours to complete. The course can be completed in one setting or break it up into two or more; be sure you have completed the exam and printed out your completion certificate for your records. Do not email your certificate to USD; however, you can email a copy to yourself for your own records. You will need a minimum score of 80% to pass Part 1. If you do not score 80% or better, be sure to retake the test until you have a passing score.
Part 2 becomes accessible 60 days from your Part 1 completion date. Mark your calendar for 60 days after you complete Part 1. At that time, you will need to go back to the MyStudentBody.com website to complete Part 2.
Non-compliance with both portions of the course will impact your standing in the Greek community.

A $250 non-compliance fee will be assessed to students who do not fully complete both portions of the course within the deadlines. This is a non-negotiable non-compliance fee that will be assessed to your student account. Be sure to complete both sections of the alcohol course to avoid this non-compliance fee and learn about how alcohol use and abuse can impact our community.
