Important Reminders

Reminders for Part 2 of AlcoholEdu : 

Due to an added security feature to the USD email system, the last Part 2 AlcoholEdu reminder email was non-deliverable.  Therefore, the deadline has been extended to Monday, November 19, 2007.  You must fully complete Part 2 of AlcoholEdu by next Monday.  Otherwise, you will be assessed the $250 non-compliance fee. 

Important Tip #1:  When you have finished Part 2 - go to your "MyAlcoholEdu" page.  In the upper, left-hand corner of the page you will see a box that reads "Course Results."  In this box, you can print a copy of your completion certificate.  We suggest that you print a copy of your completion certificate and keep it for your records.  If you do not see a "Course Results" box, then you have not fully completed Part 2. 

Important Tip #2:  If you are having technical difficulties, contact the AlcoholEdu Technical Support hotline at 1-866-384-9062.  Do not wait until the last minute, all technical problems must be resolved in time so that you can complete Part 2 by next Monday (11/19/07).  No exceptions will be given and all students who have not completed Part 2 by next Monday will be responsible for paying the $250 non-compliance fee.  

Notes:

1. Part 2 cannot be accessed until 45 days after completing Part 1 of the program.
2. Students will have different Part 2 access dates, since they finished Part 1 on different dates. 
3. Part 2 needs to be completed by November 19, 2007 for freshmen to be in compliance with the USD housing contract. 
4. Students can log back in under the account they created for Part 1.
5. If students don't remember the date they completed Part 1, they can simply log into their accounts and check their status for access to Part 2.
6. If any student needs technical support, please contact the AlcoholEdu hotline at 1-866-384-9062.
7. If students have changed their email addresses since completing Part 1, they can log back into AlcoholEdu and update their email addresses so they receive emails.
