Information about Booking the USD Choral Scholars

The University of San Diego Choral Scholars is a highly select group of auditioned singers.  The group performs high quality choral literature for various social events at the university.  In addition, the Choral Scholars can be booked for corporate functions throughout San Diego County . The singers are extremely talented, enthusiastic, and required to maintain a rigorous academic program while meeting the demands of a professional performance schedule.

The Choral Scholars' repertoire focuses on high quality eclectic choral literature from all periods of music as well as significant multi-cultural/non-western selections.  Upon occasion the Choral Scholars will prepare requested selections, however, this must be discussed with Dr. Basilio well in advance of the event.

In order to reach your event, we need to be able to find it! To ensure that all Scholars arrive on time and do his/her part to ensure the success of your event, be sure to include directions to your event and any parking instructions

Please submit requests at least one month in advance of your event. Requests received with less notice will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Honorariums and/or donations to the Choral Scholars can be discussed with Dr. Basilio.  All donations are utilized for the continued operation of the USD Choral Scholars Program.
