Dinner Entrees

Entrees are available for both lunch and dinner. Dinner Entrees are displayed buffet style and include environment friendly paper products, buffet, beverage table, and standard table linens Upgrade to high quality plasticware for an additional $1.75 per guest, for an upgrade to china, glassware, and flatware, that includes an attendant, add $3.50 per guest. For an upgrade to a plated and served meal (with china, glassware, flatware, and an attendant) add $5.00 per guest. With china service tables are set with iced water, gourmet rolls and butter. Includes lemon or chocolate bundt cake for dessert, upgraded dessert options are available below. Coffee service is offered with dessert. For service times over two hours, add $1.00 per person, per hour. Minimum of 20 guests.

Choose one gourmet salad:
Deluxe Caesar Salad: hearts of romaine lettuce, Argentinean parmesan cheese, and garlic croutons, tossed in a classic Caesar dressing.
Baby Spinach Salad: with roasted beets, spicy pecans, Maytag bleu cheese, and Mandarin orange sections, drizzled with a strawberry vinaigrette.
Boston Bib Lettuce Salad: with Belgian endive and watercress, topped with a Dijon dressing.
