Luncheons
Luncheons are displayed buffet style, with environment-friendly paper products, buffet and table linens. All luncheons include: rolls and butter, ice water, iced tea, coffee, decaf, hot tea and a choice of dessert - lemon bars, or USD Signature Brownies. Upgraded dessert selections are available in the 'Dessert' section of our menu.
Upgrade to high quality plasticware for an additional $1.75 per guest, for an upgrade to china, flatware, and glassware, that includes an attendant, add $3.50 per person. Or, upgrade to a served plated meal (with china, flatware, and glassware,) add $5.00 per person. All luncheons and service options are available for dinner at an additional $5.00 per guest. There is a minimum of 20 guests for all luncheon meals.

Hot luncheon entrees include a garden salad a choice of lemon bars or USD signature brownies for dessert.
Richard's Vegetarian Pasta $11.95 per guest With Chicken: $12.95 per guest Penne pasta with artichoke hearts, crimini mushrooms, zucchini and roasted peppers in a rich cream sauce. |
Sonoma Tri-Tip Steak $14.25 per guest Marinated, grilled, and sliced beef tri-tip with a Cabernet reduction. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. |
Chicken Breast Dijon $12.95 per guest Breaded chicken breast in Dijon sauce. Served with wild rice pilaf and seasonal vegetables. |
Black Bean Crusted Salmon $15.50 per guest Chef Wally's fresh salmon, marinated in an Asian black bean sauce and baked. Served with a tri-colored orzo and seasonal vegetables. |

Alcalá Cobb $12.95 per guest A hearty plate of romaine and watercress garnished with sliced chicken breast, bacon, gorgonzola, avocado, tomatoes and hard boiled eggs. Topped with a traditional vinaigrette dressing. |
Tropics $10.95 per guest A refreshing array of fresh papaya, kiwi, and coconut mixed with sliced grilled chicken breast, red peppers, and chipped macadamia nuts over mixed greens. Topped with a tropical dressing. |
Athens $10.95 per guest Mixed greens with sliced chicken breast, calamata olives, red onion, cucumber, Roma tomatoes, hard boiled eggs and feta cheese. Topped with oregano and a red wine vinegar dressing. |
Trustees Seafood $16.95 per guest A tasteful melange of jumbo shrimp, scallops, stone crabmeat, fresh tuna and quail eggs with tear drop tomatoes, asparagus, avocado, romaine lettuce and mixed greens. Topped with a traditional Louis dressing. |
Maori $10.95 per guest Baby spinach and bleu cheese with sliced chicken breast, kiwi and walnuts. Topped with a tangy kiwi vinaigrette. |
Tuscan $10.95 per guest Sliced chicken breast with yellow bell peppers, Portobello mushrooms, Roma tomatoes, zucchini and Parmesan cheese over mixed greens with Caesar dressing. |
