A native San Diegan, Llance Bower has worked at numerous theatres throughout the area. After working at Opera Pacific (Orange County) and the Old Globe Theatre in special events, the Globe created the position of Graphics/Creative Manager for him where he designed and directed the theatre's artwork and advertising collateral.

Since 2001 he has worked for the University of San Diego in the Graduate Theatre Program. Llance still consults and designs for a variety of businesses and arts organizations throughout California on a freelance basis.
