Katherine Nguyen Williams, Ph.D., is an adjunct faculty member at USD's Psychological Sciences and Marriage & Family Therapy departments. She teaches a variety of courses, such as psychological assessment, clinical research, and research methods. Dr. Williams is also an Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the University of California, San Diego, where she teaches medical students and psychiatry fellows at the School of Medicine. Additionally, she is the supervising psychologist at Rady Children's Hospital Outpatient Psychiatry, where she oversees the APA-accredited internship rotation for UCSD psychology interns and SDSU/UCSD Joint Doctoral Program practicum students. Dr. Williams has presented at Grand Rounds and co-authored articles and research presentations locally and nationally. She maintains a private practice in La Jolla, California, specializing in psychological assessments.
