Petra Beckman-Schultz, Ph.D., a comparative politics expert from the University of Hamburg, Germany, will be joining the Political Science and International Relations department in Fall 2009 to teach a specialized course titled “U.S. v. Europe.”  Students interested in this one-time-only learning opportunity should consult the schedule of classes to enroll in this unique upper-division course.
