Allison Worden
Visiting Professor
Allison C. Worden received her B.A. from the University of San Diego in 1997, and her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego in 2000. While in undergrad, Ms. Worden was a member of the Women’s Soccer Team and was named All Conference all four years. After graduation, she was hired by the San Diego District Attorney’s office and began her career as a prosecutor. During the past nine years, she has tried over 80 jury trials, over 20 bench trials, and prosecuted all levels of crimes, including narcotic offenses, rapes, child molests, robberies, assaults, and homicides. She is currently assigned to the Major Violator Unit where she prosecutes career criminals who are facing life in prison. Ms. Worden has been an adjunct professor in the Political Science Dept. since 2007 where she teaches Criminal Law, Procedure and Politics.
