Please join the USD Political Science and International Relations Department for an informal discussion with visiting Professor Rodrigo Villamizar.  Professor Villamizar was Minister of Energy of Colombia, has played a key role in two USD conferences dealing with energy and drug trafficking, and has just completed a book on economic competitiveness.  The discussion will address issues in international energy, environment, and economics, and in politics, security, and human rights in the Colombian neighborhood.   Please feel free to bring your lunch.
