Phi Delta Epsilon, the medical fraternity on campus, and Pi Sigma Alpha, the political science honors society, co-sponsor a healthcare reform panel. Speakers include the chief medical officer at Scripps Hospital, the CEO of the San Diego County Medical Society, the president of the San Diego Association of Health Underwriters, and Casey Dominguez, a political science professor at USD. The event will be moderated by Gary Jones, Ph.D., USD professor of biomedical ethics. The event will include discussion between panel members and the audience on the Obama plan, ethics in healthcare, and the history/future of American healthcare. Reception follows the event
