Rae Anderson, PhD, Receives Cottrell Grant


Rae Anderson, PhD, received a Cottrell College Science Award from Research Corporation for $45,000 to carry out the research project entitled "Elucidating the molecular dynamics, conformations, and interactions occurring in complex DNA systems via novel single-molecule techniques." This grant is awarded to new faculty members who propose to carry out original research, which will to add to fundamental scientific knowledge and has potential for developing into a long-term, viable research program capable of attracting future support from other agencies.
