Values Institute

The Values Institute is currently being restructured; please visit this site later for updates.

During its several years in existence, under the leadership of Larry Hinman, Ph.D., the principal aim of The Values Institute has been to provide a place where people can come together for the thoughtful discussion on difficult moral and societal issues. The Institute has sought to provide such a place for members of our own immediate university community (students, faculty, administration, staff and alumni) for members of our own local San Diego community, and the greater national and international communities of students and scholars.  We expect that the restructured Values Institute will continue to present various course offerings, lectures, seminars, workshops, and conferences, both on-campus and on the World Wide Web.
