Erik Fritsvold, Ph.D., assistant professor, Sociology, recently published the article "Under the Law: Legal Consciousness & Radical Environmental Activism," Law & Social Inquiry, Vol. 34, Issue 4 (Fall 2009): 799-824.

"Under the Law" examines the conceptions of law and lawbreaking employed within the radical environmentalist movement.  Law & Social Inquiry is a sociolegal journal published by the American Bar Foundation.
