How, then, can you balance the work of a professor with your life away from work – your relationships, family, outside interests? And how does all of this impact your physical and psychological health? Sandra Sgoutas-Emch, Ph.D., professor of Psychology and director, Center for Educational Excellence, shares ways to move toward balance with tips for: Recognizing warning signs of stress and burnout This new faculty event is designed for full-time, tenure-track faculty with up to 3 years teaching experience at USD.
