Course Syllabus (for both USD Symphony and Chamber Music Ensembles)
Students must audition successfully prior to enrolling in either the lower or upper division of USD Symphony and/or Chamber Music Ensembles.

None; students are required to take home the practice copy and practice CD for study and practice.
Evaluation
- Upon successful audition, students will be registered by Yeung for either a lower or upper division credit depending on their USD status.
- Students
are required to conform to the following as stated from the symphony

- USD Symphony mission statement
- Rehearsal and performance schedule and venues
- Concert attire - Grading criteria include punctuality to rehearsals and performances, preparation and successful execution of the assigned part, attentiveness, attitude and participation at rehearsals. Extra points will be given to students who are pro-active and who volunteer for various administrative tasks.
Students may enroll in the USD Chamber Music for an additional credit upon successful audition to the USD Symphony, and vice versa. Students are strongly encouraged to take private lessons in conjunction with enrolling in either class.
