Liu discusses the account of an early fifteenth-century traveler from Spain to Asia Minor. Liu is a specialist on medieval Iberia and the complex relationships between Christians, Muslims and Jews. His current work focuses on cultural exchanges from the Mediterranean to Asia. His talk will be for a general audience. |
