Math Learning Center
The Mathematics Learning Center is open and free to USD students on a walk-in basis. The goal of the Mathematics Center is to provide peer tutoring that short-term assistance to encourage students to become independent learners. Tutoring focuses on lower division classes, but tutoring for advanced classes may be available.
Courses NOT Tutored: Introduction to Probability and Statistics, Mathematical Concepts for Elementary School Teachers I and II.

Our tutors are selected through an application process and recommendations by faculty members. Although the tutors have been asked to give priority to students in the classes listed below, those tutors with advanced training will help with other mathematics questions whenever they have time available.
