Jamie Binnall is a professor of criminology at UC Irvine and will be speaking about the horrific consequences of drunk driving. He, himself, is a convicted drunk driver who served 4 years, 1 month and 6 days in a maximum-security prison. His best friend was a passenger and was killed.
