| Message | Please plan to join us for our Leadership Assessement Center (LAC). This will be an important meeting which will give you a distinct advantage in being placed at a location of your choice. The LAC is hosted by Camp Adventure veterans who teach you songs, camp skits, arts and crafts, and games so that you can better understand the Camp Adventure way of doing summer camp. During the LAC you will also do the required applications and interview. Liberal Studies students: Did you know that Camp Adventure Child and Youth Services is recruiting for prospective counselors for this summer? Camp Adventure is a service learning program sponsored by the USD School of Leadership and Education Sciences (SOLES) Global Leadership program. The purpose of Camp Adventure is to provide meaningful youth and child activities to the families of US Military and State Department families who live around the world. Last year more than 900 college and university students served in 200 program sites in 16 different countries to include England, Spain, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Turkey, The Netherlands, Russia, Korea, Japan, China, Taiwan, the Marshall Islands, Guam, Hawaii, and other locatons.
