Jackie works part-time as an Executive Assistant and Concert Manager for the Music Department, the Liberal Studies Program, and the Dean's Office, College of Arts and Sciences. In both the Music Department and Liberal Studies Program, Jackie assists with daily operations and performs detailed administrative work for the chair, director and faculty of both departments. She is responsible for maintaining the departments' websites. Jackie trains and supervises the student workers. She is the liaison between faculty, department staff, students, other departments, and the public. Throughout the Spring and Fall semester Jackie is responsible for scheduling, planning and managing the USD Music Department Concert Series. Jackie received her B.A. in Psychology from London Metropolitan University and her Masters in Criminal Justice and Homeland Security from Saint Joseph's University. She joined the Music Department and Liberal Studies Program in the spring of 2011.
