Reimbursement Process

Transfer Scholastic Assistants may purchase food/items/tickets that benefit the students of their TLC course. Each TLC faculty member is allotted money to facilitate interaction in their TLC courses. Please communicate with your assigned TLC faculty member, and the Learning Communities team, before making any purchases using these funds.

Once you've made a purchase (such as pizza for a registration event or donuts for a study session), please submit a Petty Cash Voucher (for amounts under $100) or a Payment Request (for over $100) to the Learning Communities office. In each case, you will need to submit original receipts, the name of the TLC theme and TLC course, and a list of students who attended.

Student Expense Report (over $100) - fill out sections 1 and 2
