The USD Trans-Border Institute and the Latin American Studies Program will host delegates from the Department of State International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) for a roundtable discussion on border-related issues such as trafficking in persons, counterterrorism, narcotics trafficking, and financial crimes. The roundtable is meant to be short with informal exchanges of ideas between the IVLP visitors and their professional counterparts in the United States.
