With the assistance of these human rights organizations, since the summer of 2007 several teams of graduate students have been recording audiovisual testimonies of survivors of the Spanish Civil War and the Francoist repression.  Luis Martin-Cabrera, Ph.D., assistant professor of Literature at UCSD and the principal investigator of the project, along with undergraduate students involved in the project’s field work, will discuss, and will present film clips of survivors’ testimony.

Co-sponsored by USD's Department of History and the Department of Languages and Literatures.
