During the month of Ramadan -- a time of profound spiritual renewal -- Muslims observe a strict fast and participate in pious activities such as charitable giving and peacemaking. At month’s end, friends and families gather for a three-day celebration called Eid al-Fitr (the Festival of Fast-Breaking) which signifies the end of this holy period.

Please join the students of the Arabic program on Monday, September 13 in Pavilion Dining. Enjoy Chicken Jafarezi with Jasmine Rice at the Secret Ingredient Station (12 p.m. - 2 p.m.) and Moussaka or Vegetarian Moussaka at the Tapenade station (11 a.m. - 3 p.m.).
